For many of the projects I work on, I produce accurate 3D designs on a computer before I start to build.

French polished hallway bookcase.
I built the bookcase in the picture above, using construction plywood and reclaimed mahogany, and then gave it a french polish finish. I'm interested in experimenting with unusual combinations of materials, and particularly using reclaimed wood, whenever possible.
